Kompong Dewa Integrated Resorts is seeking a dynamic Events and Promotions Manager under our Marketing team to elevate guest experiences and drive revenue through unforgettable events.
The Role:
- Lead strategic planning and execution of all resort events and promotions (gaming tournaments, live entertainment, VIP experiences, seasonal campaigns).
- Collaborate closely with Heads of Gaming & Hotel Operations, F&B, Security, and other business units for seamless, high-impact activations.
- Manage budgets, vendors, teams, and analytics to deliver ROI-focused results in a fast-paced casino-resort environment.
- Innovate promotions that boost occupancy, loyalty, and brand buzz via digital, on-site, and partnership channels.
