Join our growing In‑House Legal Team at Kompong Dewa Integrated Resort, supporting a dynamic integrated resort and casino environment.
Location: Kompong Dewa Integrated Resort – Sihanoukville, Cambodia
The Role:
- Provide day‑to‑day legal support to all Business Units/departments (Casino, Hotel, Entertainment, Corporate, and Support).
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal documents.
- Monitor compliance with Cambodian law and gaming/hospitality regulations, and help identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Deliver timely legal advice to support operations and management decisions.
- Coordinate legal documentation, approvals, and maintenance of legal records.
- Work closely with appointed external legal counsel on litigation, regulatory matters, and complex transactions to ensure aligned legal strategy and documentation.
