The Role:
- Welcome, greet, and engage all guests (VIPs, tourists, players) in Kompong Dewa Resorts (gaming, hotel, F&B, and entertainment areas) with warmth and professionalism.
– Promote resort offerings, promotions, and events while building loyalty through personalized interactions either in English, Mandarin, or locals’ conversations. - Assist with concierge services, wayfinding, and seamless experiences across all business units.
- Represent Kompong Dewa at events, ensuring outstanding service standards and brand image.
