Kompong Dewa Integrated Resorts is hiring a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager for our Corporate HR team to fuel our growth with top talent.
The Role:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all resort roles (gaming, hospitality, marketing, security, and more).
- Partner closely with Business Unit Heads and Department Leads to align hires with operational needs and company goals.
- Leverage LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools, and networks to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates in a competitive market.
- Optimize processes with data-driven insights, employer branding, and compliance to Cambodian labor laws.
- Manage talent pipelines, employer events, and metrics to reduce time-to-hire and boost retention.
